Dr. Neelma Dhar Bhan is a member of the HemAth Team. She has completed her residency in psychiatry and worked as a consultant in the Department of Psychiatry (Dalhousie University) for 30 years. Her expertise is specifically in mood disorders, especially Bipolar Mood disorder. She has also helped start an Eating Disorder Program for her department and initiated Transcultural psychiatry to help people who came as refugees dealing with losses, emotional upheaval, and adjustment to a new life. Since relocating to Vancouver in 2017, She has been working part-time as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Fraser health.

Dr. Neelma is providing free consultancy to women every week on Friday in two slots
