Wate Havuk Program Objective:
The primary goal of the Wate Havuk Program is to empower and enhance the skills of our mentees, preparing them for job readiness and facilitating career growth. The program is designed to broaden the mentees' professional networks, connecting them to potential career opportunities. Our aim is to put mentees on a trajectory towards long-term success by nurturing their talents and capabilities.

Completion Recognition: Upon successful completion of the program, mentees will receive a certificate endorsed by the HemAth Board, following the mentor's recommendation. Additionally, a standout mentee will be designated as a "Star Mentee" by the HemAth Board, based on recommendations from the Program Director and mentors. This recognition aims to celebrate exceptional dedication, growth, and accomplishment within the Wate Havuk Program.
